Mad Max: Fury Road Black and Chrome Edition Coming

The Black & Chrome Edition of Mad Max: Fury Road is coming later this year in a new bundle called the Mad Max High Octane Collection, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced.

The compilation will be released on December 6, 2016, and includes all four of the Mad Max movies—Mad Max, Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior, Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome and Mad Max: Fury Road—as well as five hours of bonus content and the aforementioned Black & Chrome version of Fury Road.

The Blu-ray version will be priced at $79.99 MSRP, while the DVD collection will have an MSRP of $54.97.

Fans have long wished for a black & white version of Fury Road ever since director George Miller mentioned it as a possibility on a Blu-ray release.

In addition, the Black & Chrome Edition of Mad Max: Fury Road will be available as a separate purchase in a two-film set that also includes the original theatrical release. This package, which also features a special introduction by Miller, will be available on Blu-ray for $29.98 MSRP.
